Use the calendar below to check availability and make a booking enquiry. Please note, any enquiries through this calendar are not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from us and your deposit has been received.

To check availability you can view all properties at once, scroll through months by clicking on 'next month' (or go back by clicking on 'prev month').

   green = available    yellow = pending confirmation (tentatively booked)    red= unavailable/booked

To view rates and / or make a booking, first select the month for required dates, then click on the property name. A new calendar will pop up. Hover over days to see rate. click on required dates - arrival and departure to make a booking (a booking form will appear).

A minimum of 2 nights is required for each stay except for long weekend public holidays where a 3 night minimum stay applies.  

Please note in the peak summer holiday season that a 4 night minimum stay applies.

Quotes are subject to other bookings which may be received outside the booking page. In the event of two requests for confirmation, the reservation will be allocated to the guest who places a deposit first.  We reserve the right to change allocations.

Cancellation:  All cancellations must be in writing and attract a $50 admin fee.  In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred by us, if your booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date EXCEPT IN PEAK HIGH SEASON which will incur a $200 cancellation fee per cottage. If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit will be refunded ONLY if we are able to relet the accommodation.  'No shows' will incur full cost of accommodation unless otherwise agreed.

50% deposit is required to secure bookings with payment in full required 14 days prior to arrival date.

A Fully Refundable Security Deposit of $500 for each cottage ($750 for mudbrick retreat) is required prior to accessing this property.  This will be returned in full to a nominated Australian bank account if the amount has been paid by direct deposit providing there is no damage, loss or other expenses incurred after housekeeping has checked on day of departure. Please note a surcharge of 2% applies if this amount is paid by credit card.  We reserve the right to recover costs for any damage incurred by guests to any buildings, property and/or contents.

All rates are GST inclusive.

Check In Time is after 3pm.

Check Out Time is 10.30 am (unless special arrangements are made)
